Saw Dr. Shipp with my newborn for the first time and thought she was a great doctor! She is very thorough, addresses any concerns, and does not make you feel like she needs to rush to her next appointment. I am in the process of switching all of my kids to her, definitely recommend. Also, the nurse was great (very personable) and the receptionists seemed nice as well. Overall, great experience.
They cannot get you in for things that are required, cause they like to bill your insurance in certain ways. I am just baffled in the way they run their business.
Horrible experience. They do not give shots for kids, you have to go to the health dept. What's the point of having a doc?
They can never get you in when needed.
