I honestly cannot believe that this store is still in business. Prices are high and customer service is poor. I just got off the phone with them discussing a five month old noisy refrigerator and was told "all refrigerators make noise". Really? A brand new refrigerator is supposed to make moaning and groaning noises that are noticeable to strangers when they are in your house. I think not. I will gladly drive outside of Versailles to take my business elsewhere.
Have always had great, friendly service and lots of options for a small town furniture company. The Bescheinen's have been more than accommodating on delivery, special orders, etc. The store is a wonderful go-to place for our community and I enjoy shopping there.
